About

A technology company.

Cloud Shastra works with companies that need cloud, software, data, security, or day-to-day operations done properly. The first conversation is with us. After that, the engineers are in your systems.

The company

CLOUD SHASTRATECHNOLOGIESTechnology That Works for You.

The mark is a C and an S, with an arrow through them. The arrow is the point: the work has to move. “Technology that works for you” is the line we use when we hire, and when we decide if a job is finished.

Clients are in India and outside it. The difficult conversations are with us. The work itself is in your cloud account, your code, and your support queue.

Companies trying to put AI into real work get stuck on ordinary questions: who is responsible, what it is allowed to do, and what it costs. We treat those as part of the job.

How we work

  • Done means your team can run it

A presentation is not the end of a job. We are finished when someone on your team can operate it.

  • We write down what we will not build

Every plan has a list of things that are out. That is how a project stays the size you agreed.

  • Someone's name is on it

Cloud accounts, data, incidents, and the bill all fail the same way when nobody is responsible.

  • We leave you able to continue

If the only person who understands the system works for us, the job is not finished.

Questions

Where do you work from?

We work with client teams wherever the systems are. Delivery sits in your cloud account, your code, and your support queue.

Do you only do projects?

No. Engagements are advisory, a build squad, a managed run, or a dedicated pod inside your team. Many clients start with a short discovery and stay for the run.

Which clouds and products?

AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow. We pick the platform in the strategy, we do not arrive married to one logo.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes. Dedicated pods join your rituals. We keep a lead, a backup, and a monthly conversation about fit. You keep the product decisions.

How does a first conversation go?

You tell us the system and the date. We say whether it is our work. If it is, a short working session produces a shape: team, sequence, and what we would not do.

Do you sign up to outcomes?

Where the outcome is ours to control — a landing zone, a release, a restore test, a service level — yes. We do not sign a revenue number your market has to deliver.
